Lakeville Baptist Church is part of the 321 Network of churches in Appalachia.
Central Appalachia is a place full of traditions and cultures that are unique and known only by experience.
The people of Appalachia are kind and generous, strong and resilient, they are an independent and hardworking people, keeping the lights on in this country for generations but today Central Appalachia it is a place wrecked by poverty and hopelessness. Addiction has ravaged this beautiful place and the effects have been catastrophic as towns and families in WV and Southeast KY have been devastated.
Central Appalachia has been largely ignored and the need is great for the gospel.
This is why the 321 Network exists. Standing firm on the doxology of Ephesians 3:21, we believe the answer is the work of the gospel in and through the local church and our aim is the glory of God in every hill and hollow of Central Appalachia through cultivating healthy, gospel preaching churches.
We want to fill this beautiful place with the glory of Christ’s gospel.
